CONCERT & FIREWORKS
Delicious
food and treats from a variety of food
vendors, and perfect weather greeted the
large crowds at the Concert & Fireworks
on Saturday, August 2, 2008. Young and
old alike were treated to costumed
characters, balloon sculptors, face
painters, magicians, and crafts. The
stage at 9th Street and
Market Avenue North featured True Blue
playing classic rock, Motown, and much
more – followed by a rousing performance
by the Albany, Georgia Marine Band. The
evening’s festivities were capped by a
fireworks extravaganza choreographed by
Zambelli Fireworks Internationale.
