4th Street Summer Concert coming to downtown Canton on Aug. 26
CANTON, OHIO (August 25, 2011) – The Canton Development Partnership’s next installment of the 4th Street Summer Concert Series is slated for this Friday, August 26, with the HappyMon Band going on stage at 7:30 p.m. under the 4th Street Lights at Fourth Street and Cleveland Ave. NW in downtown Canton. The HappyMon Band is a traveling “Show Band” with a crew of eight musicians and vocalists, performing an upbeat tribute to islands, beaches, boats and Jimmy Buffett! The ship whistle will blow, the stage and crowd will cast off the bow line and everyone will head out to sea for a "Lovely Cruise” with high-energy adventure complete with pirates, volcanoes, sharks and a stop in Margaritaville that will keep everyone dancing in the aisles! The infectious music and rhythms of the islands, along with songs from Jimmy Buffett, Beach Boys, Bob Marley and many, many more, will make this an experience to remember! Pre-show entertainment kicks off at 7 p.m. Head downtown early to enjoy dinner at one of downtown Canton’s 13 fantastic restaurants. There’s something for every palate and pocketbook!
