Christmas Is Coming with A Chorus for a Cause
Christmas is Coming and so A Chorus for a Cause says, "Here We Come A-Caroling" with arrangements of a number of traditional carols such as, Ding! Dong! Merrily on High, God Rest You Merry Gentlemen, Angels from the Realms of Glory, Good King Wenceslas and The First Noel, to satisfy the traditionalist. But for the young at heart looking for a Holly Jolly Christmas, we have Jingle Bells and 'Tis a Wonderful Thing. This chorus of 90 voices hopes to see The People Who Walk in Darkness and many others who have attended for How Many Christmases, (that's uncertain) but hopefully all will be able to See Amid the Winter's Snow and make it. They are now in their 10th year of existence, with their eyes on their 10th anniversary concert next September. But for now they hope for large audiences at all of their concerts, to help their organization continue their mission. So, for this season approaching, Sing We Now of Christmas and join us in a big Amen! Tell It On the Mountain! You won't need a Calypso Lullaby to lull you to sleep because this concert will be exciting from beginning to end.
Come join us on at 7:00 pm on Saturday Dec 1st at the Canton South Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $10 and are available at the door with half of the proceeds going toward the Canton South HS scholarship fund.
Then the concert will be repeated at 3:30 pm on Sunday Dec 16th at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Massillon. This concert is free to the general public, but a goodwill donation will be greatly appreciated.
