Dentistry from the Heart

We are pleased to announce our 3rd Annual Dentistry from the Heart Event! Dr. Constantin Farah is offering A Day of FREE Dentistry on Friday, June 26, 2015!  We will be providing free fillings, extraction, or cleanings to the first 100 patients! There are so many people in our community who are without dental insurance and without the means to be treated. Dr. Farah feels it is his responsibility to give back to the community.

• Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis.
• Patients may choose one of the following: Cleaning, Filling or Extraction.
• Patients must be over the age of 18 to participate

• Aultman Hospital's Working On Wellness Van will be providing free health screenings and education! You can help give back to others in the community by donating blood at the Aultman Bloodmobile.
• Stop by Dr. Bernard Bubanic's booth for complimentary chiropractic screenings and chair massages!
