CANTON, OH (October 1, 2009) - The Canton Regional Chamber's semi-annual NETWORK series will be held onFriday, Oct. 23, from 7:30 a.m. to noon, followed by lunch, at The Quarry Golf Club, 5650 Quarry Lake Dr. in Canton. Web 2.0 guru, Brad Kleinman, will lead attendees on a networking journey through four hours of activities, complete with icebreakers and a new way of thinking about elevator-pitches. Participants will acquire approximately 100 NEW business contacts and learn how to continue the communication stream with these individuals later thanks to Kleinman's powerful online strategies. NETWORK is not just for sales and marketing associates; it will benefit anyone interested in establishing long-term relationships and increasing a company's bottom line. About the Emcee: Brad Kleinman is a Cleveland native who decided at a very young age he did not want to be a typical "40-hour-a-week" employee. Kleinman learned HTML in high school, and has been dabbling with web technology ever since. He has started several companies, and his first full-time online venture was eHighSchoolTickets, an online ticketing company for high schools. Kleinman has worked as associate director of the Entrepreneur Center at Tri-C, director of business development at a high growth web technology company, and is currently the chief marketing officer at WorkSmart eMarketing LLC. He has his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a master's of engineering and management from Case Western Reserve University.
