The Malone University School of Education and Human Development - Center for Professional Development will present the tenth annual Literacy Celebration Saturday, April 18 in the Brehme Conference Center, located on the campus at 2600 Cleveland Avenue N.W. in Canton. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.; the conference will begin at 9 a.m. Cost is $60 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and materials. Optional graduate credit is available for an additional $220. Keynote speakers are children�s book illustrators Christopher and Jeanette Canyon. The conference is geared for primary and elementary educators, art teachers, librarians, and administrators. The public is welcome and must register at www.malone.edu/cpd by Wednesday, April 15.
