This informational lecture is for people at all stages in their career and is being provided by Women’s Impact in conjunction with Scitrain, a national leader in high level leadership training, mentoring, coaching and development. Participants will gain insight into best practices of mentor engagement and awareness of benefits.

Senior Consultant & Design Head, Scitrain,
Mili began work with Scitrain in 2008 and is responsible for the management of Scitrain’s coaching network, conceptual designs, and the development of customized programs ranging from development/assessment centers to trainings.
Her background includes leadership assessment and development, training, organizational communication and business writing. Mili works closely with clients to identify leadership development needs and offer customized solutions.
Mili’s accomplishments include co-author of Aggressive Communication and Conflict in Small Groups in Arguments, Aggression and Conflict, and business editor for CNBC, India and The Economic Times, India.
Account Manager, Scitrain
Kristy is an account manager with Scitrain and assists in many of the program designs which include development/assessment centers and trainings. She is also responsible for overseeing and maintaining multiple client accounts.
Kristy graduated in 2011 from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She was involved in multiple international projects with Scitrain and her university, which included work in Ecuador, Switzerland, and Germany. Additionally, Kristy has a thorough background statistics and questionnaire development in psychological measures and marketing measures in the newspaper industry.
