Mercy Health Center of Plain Township Health Fair

Mercy Medical Center is offering low cost blood screenings at our Plain Township location. This event is FREE and open to the community, this health fair will also offer the following screenings:
• Blood Pressure Checks
• Body Mass Index (BMI) Screening
• Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
• Strength and/or Balance Screenings

***CASH OR CHECK ONLY***
Blood screenings include:
•Base Package $15: BMP (Basic Metabolic Count), Lipid Profile, CBC (Complete Blood Count)
Optional Blood Screenings:
• TSH (Thyroid) $5
• A1C Hemoglobin $10
• Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy $35
•PSA (Prostate) $10
