2011_MikeDewineHiResWebOhio Attorney General Mike DeWine will speak Thursday, Oct. 15, in Jackson Township at a luncheon event sponsored jointly by the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. The event will be 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Emergency Medicine Physicians Auditorium at 4535 Dressler Road NW. Tickets for the box-lunch event are $15 and are available through Oct. 12 unless the event sells out sooner. DeWine will provide an update on issues and activities involving his office. The attorney general provides a host of services for families, businesses, law enforcement, the legal community and state and local government. More information is at www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov. Attorney General DeWine began his public service career as Green County prosecutor. He then served in the Ohio Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, as Ohio’s lieutenant governor, and in the U.S. Senate before being elected attorney general in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. He is a native of Yellow Springs and a graduate of Miami University and Ohio Northern University’s law school.
