NORTH CANTON, OH—Stark Entrepreneurship Alliance (SEA) announces its next speaker’s event scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2015, from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the Conference Center, Kent State University at Stark, 6000 Frank Ave. NW, North Canton, OH 44720. Barbara J. Stankowski will be the keynote speaker. Stankowski, a Captain in the U.S. Navy, retired after a distinguished 28-year career. She then worked for several woman-owned, small businesses as a training and education consultant and facilitator, supporting government and industry clients. In 2007, she became owner, president and CEO of AMTIS Inc., a company that provides services to federal and state agencies. She is a leader development expert, exceptional coach, speaker and facilitator. Barbara holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College, was a Senior Fellow at the Naval Postgraduate School 1998-1999 and was inducted as a Penn State Alumni Fellow in 1996.
