BIO: ERIN HAYDEN, PHARMD, DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY, AULTMAN HOSPITAL

Erin is a graduate of Duquesne University with her Doctorate of Pharmacy. She has been with Aultman Hospital since 2015 where she completed her residency. Prior to serving as Director of Pharmacy, Erin was the IV Room and Medication Safety Coordinator.
