AultCare QuickConnect June Luncheon
GREAT TEAMS HAVE GREAT TEAMMATES
Presentation by: Sue Ramsey, Head Coach for the Ashland University Women’s Basketball Team.
My life experiences have afforded me the opportunity to learn, grow and experience a great deal. It is now time to share about that which I am passionate. My message focuses on essential elements of quality leadership, positive team culture and excellence in our everyday interactions.
Team transcends all areas of our lives. In my “GREAT TEAMS HAVE GREAT TEAMMATES” presentation I will identify 5 essential components I believe are necessary to being a great “teammate”.
Throughout my presentation I will draw upon the experiences afforded me through 35 years in the coaching profession. I will share stories and a few videos to reiterate my points.
At the conclusion of our time together, I hope to have encouraged, inspired and motivated those present to be better leaders and followers but most of all to be GREAT TEAMMATES!
