By registering you agree to the vendor terms and conditions:
1. Reservation cancellations received after Friday, August 31, 2018 will be billed accordingly.
a.ONE vendor/company per table (Tables may not be shared.)
b.Full payment must be received prior to the event.
2.Tickets - this is a FREE event for attendees.
3.Vendors are encouraged to offer "door prizes" from their tables.
a.Vendors will be responsible for awarding their prize(s).
b.There will not be a silent auction for baskets, etc.
4.Vendor tables are 6’-8’
a.Table covering is not supplied.
b.CRCC will assign table locations
c.Electrical hook-ups are limited.
d.Vendors are required to set-up BEFORE 4:00 p.m. and must remain set up until 8:00 p.m.
(Ample set-up time will be available. Details will be published prior to the event).
5.Vendors may sell merchandise/services from their table.
6.There is no exclusivity in regards to vendors with similar products or services.
a.There is only one vendor per company (for example: One Mary Kay representative and one Avon representative but not 2 Avon representatives).
7. PROMOTIONAL TERMS
a.The CRCC will promote the event through various media outlets.
b.THE ULTIMATE SUCCESS OF THE EVENT, MEASURED BY ATTENDANCE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IS DEPENDENT ON YOU, THE VENDORS.
c.Vendors are expected to use all appropriate means to promote attendance at the event among those with whom they do business: flyers, social media, websites, and word of mouth.
