SEA Speaker Series Event: "Making Small Business Decisions Easier" featuring Victor C. Pavona, Small Business Development Center

Stark Entrepreneurship Alliance (SEA) will hold its next speaker series event on Tuesday, March 17 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at Kent State University at Stark, The Conference Center. The event will feature Victor C. Pavona speaking about “Making Small Business Decisions Easier.”
The presentation is designed for businesses operating for more than a year. It focuses on a managing model that forces discipline into the everyday decision making process.
Mr. Pavona is the Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center, Kent State University at Stark. He has 40 years of experience in all facets of business management at the corporate and small business ownership levels. He began his career at Westinghouse where he managed all phases of marketing and distribution. During his career, he has purchased distressed companies, returned them to health and sold them.
