Signature Program 25^th Class Application Fee

• A $25 application fee is due along with the Signature Program application.  You may pay on-line here or mail a check to Leadership Stark County, 222 Market Ave N, Canton 44702.


• Signature Applications including financial form, application fee, and letter of endorsement are due: Friday, April 22, 2011


• The on-line fee payment site refers to the application fee as a “ticket”.  Please enter “1” for “How Many Tickets Do You Need?”  Please disregard the reference to “Reservation cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the event will be billed accordingly.”  The Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Mandatory Group Interviews are Tuesday, May 24 OR Wednesday, June 1- 5:15 to 7:15 p.m.  You will receive a letter in the end of April confirming your completed application and interview date with details.
