SINGING THE HITS...the title of these September concerts, is sure to delight listeners of all ages. Presented by A Chorus for a Cause…voted best “Performance Group” in Stark County 3 years in a row…the concerts will benefit our local non-profit Challenger Baseball program. Of course, one of the songs you'll hear at this concert will be "Take Me Out to the Ball Game"...if you don't know the verses that go along with what is sung at 7th inning stretches, you'll want to listen to this! Some other songs included are: "Stand in the Light," (performed by Jordan Smith on The Voice), a fun medley of John Denver songs such as Thank God, I'm a Country Boy, Grandma's Feather Bed, Annie's Song, Rocky Mountain High, and more, "Everybody Says Don't," a Stephen Sondheim song from Anyone Can Whistle, "Evermore" from Beauty and the Beast, "Thank You for Being a Friend" from The Golden Girls TV show, “Love is a Many Splendored thing” which was the number one hit of 1955, and Louis Armstrong's hit, "What a Wonderful World," which is a special request from Challenger Baseball fans. Many other original songs with outstanding lyrics will also be a part of this concert.

Don't miss SINGING THE HITS on September 29th at 7:00 in Hartville at Advent Lutheran Church and again on September 30th at 4:00 in North Canton at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Tickets are $15 and are available at the door, from any chorus member, or at www.achorusforacause.org.
