Kyle Stewart has been a Business Development manager with Rockwater Energy Solutions since 2012. His primary focus has been on uniting Rockwater's services to create savings and efficiencies for oil and gas customers in both the Upstream and Midstream market. Previously, Stewart worked outside the energy industry in the United Kingdom and in Thailand. He holds four degrees, including an associate's degree from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Neb., and an undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude and an MBA, both from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Neb. He lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife, Carly, and their daughter, Lucy.

Allen Fore has more than 25 years of experience in law, government and public affairs at the local, state, and national levels. At Kinder Morgan, Fore manages corporate public affairs, government relations, and community relations activities for existing company assets and major expansion projects throughout the United States. Before joining Kinder Morgan, Fore was a Senior Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard, an international communications company. Mr. Fore was an assistant attorney general of Illinois and general counsel to the lieutenant governor of Illinois. Fore served as a Judge Advocate General in the Illinois Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve, honorably discharged with the rank of captain.
He was a Ronald W. Reagan Scholar and earned his B.A. degree at Eureka College. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University.
Commercial Development Manager, Marathon Pipe Line LLC
Jason Stechschulte graduated from Trine University in Angola, Ind., with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering in 2003. He joined Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) in 2003 as a pipeline engineer in Findlay, Ohio. Throughout his career at MPC, he has held various engineering, operations, and commercial positions in the marketing and transportation engineering, transportation and logistics, and pipeline organizations. In August 2016, Stechschulte assumed his current position where he leads commercial and engineering development of growth projects, including within the Utica shale, for Marathon Pipe Line LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marathon Petroleum Corporation. In his current role, he manages commercial growth opportunities for Marathon Pipe Line LLC and MPLX LP. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio.
President, Ohio Gas Association
Jimmy Stewart has been the president of the Ohio Gas Association since 2011. Prior to joining the OGA, he served three terms as an Ohio state representative and in 2008 he was elected to the Ohio Senate where he became Senate Majority Leader, the number-three leadership position. He graduated from Marshall University in 1992 and completed his MBA at Xavier University in 1994. The Ohio Gas Association is a natural gas trade organization that represents over 30 local distribution companies and cooperatives. Additionally the OGA represents the vast majority of all intra- and interstate gas transmission companies, as well as over 10 natural gas commodity marketers whose customers include residential, commercial and industrial gas users.

David Ledonne is responsible for 800 million cubic feet per day of natural gas gathering and processing in the Utica and Appalachian regions for the MarkWest organization. He spoke last year at our Utica Summit on how MarkWest's could serve the needs of regional ethane crackers. At Midstream this year, he will make his presentation in tandem with Marathon Pipe Line's Jason Stechschultze, as both companies operate as parts of Marathon Petroleum Corp. Ledonne has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Dayton. David also earned an MBA in business operations and finance from Northern Kentucky University. He is also involved in a number of civic organizations in Kentucky and Ohio. David and his wife, Suanne, have three sons.
Manager of Commercial, EnLink Midstream
Nate Eschbaugh is the Manager of Commercial for EnLink Midstream’s Ohio River Valley asset team. Mr. Eschbaugh is responsible for EnLink’s crude and condensate supply in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. He joined EnLink’s subsidiary company Ohio Oil Gathering in July 2010. Prior to joining EnLink’s Ohio River Valley commercial team, Mr. Eschbaugh served in project management working on water filtration and Underground Injection Control facility design. Mr. Eschbaugh graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science in geology. He serves on the board of directors for the Appalachian Basin Chapter of the Gas Processors Association.
Canine Trainer/Technical Director, CDIS-K9 Pipeline Leak Inspection
Carla has been professionally training and handling working dogs for over 17 years in a variety of disciplines including scent detection, wildlife management, therapy/assistance, and search and rescue. Carla has been able to combine her background and degree in biology/environmental science with her passion for K9 training in her career at CDIS since 2002. CDIS, along with sister company WGC, specializes in using the incredible ability of dogs to provide a variety of environmental services. With her unique background, she has successfully trained and certified with multiple canines for the purpose of scent detection such as pipeline leak inspections, and has a thorough understanding of chemistry and the environment.
