Jason Stechschulte
BUSINESS Development Manager, MPLX LP
BIO: Jason Stechschulte graduated from Trine University in Angola, Ind., with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering in 2003. He joined Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) in 2003 as a pipeline engineer in Findlay, Ohio. Throughout his career at MPC, he has held various engineering, operations, and commercial positions in the marketing and transportation engineering, transportation and logistics, and pipeline organizations. In August 2016, Stechschulte assumed his current position where he leads commercial and engineering development of growth projects, including within the Utica shale, for MPLX LP, a diversified, growth-oriented master limited partnership formed in 2012 by MPC. In his current role, he manages commercial growth opportunities for MPLX LP and its subsidiaries. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio.

TIM KNOBLOCH
PETROLEUM ENGINEER AND PRESIDENT, JKPC PETROLEUM CONSULTANTS
BIO: Tim Knobloch is president of James Knobloch Petroleum Consultants Inc. (formerly James Engineering Inc.) based in Marietta, Ohio. Tim has been associated with the firm since 1997 performing reservoir analysis and economic appraisals, estimating and auditing oil and gas reserves, providing litigation support, production analysis, oil and gas appraisals, and acquisitions and divestitures. The company also maintains a current database of all Appalachian Basin horizontal wells including location, completion, production, and reserves analysis information.
Tim began his career with Amoco Production Company in Traverse City, Michigan as a drilling and production engineer and later worked in the Appalachian Basin with Quaker State and Peake Energy before joining James Engineering.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, is a lifelong member of the SPE, and is also a member of the International Institute of Minerals Appraisers.

CHRISTINA H. POLESOVSKY
Associate Director, American Petroleum Institute (API) Ohio
BIO: Christina H. Polesovsky is the Associate Director for API Ohio, the state office of the American Petroleum Institute, the only national trade association representing all aspects of America’s oil and natural gas industry. Christina performs government affairs activities on behalf of the industry in Ohio and Michigan.
Prior to joining API Ohio, Christina served as the Vice President for the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association. Christina also served as Chief of Staff to former Ohio Auditor of State Mary Taylor, after serving as Taylor’s campaign manager and legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives. She also worked on the Bush-Cheney ’04 campaign as the Eastern Ohio Field Director. She has extensive and respected experience in political affairs and public policy.
Christina holds a Master of Arts degree in public policy and management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. She earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Kentucky, where she earned the distinction was selected as the outstanding graduate of the College of Arts of Sciences.
She serves on the President’s Government Affairs Advisory Committee for The Ohio State University and is a graduate of the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute and has been named by Columbus Business First as a Who’s Who in Energy.
Christina is a native of Perrysburg, Ohio and currently resides in Upper Arlington with her husband, Jeff, and their daughters, Harper and Ella.

BIO: Joe McGinn is the Vice President of Public Affairs and Government Relations for Energy Transfer. In his two years away from Energy Transfer, Joe was founder and principal of McGinn Public Strategies, where he worked to achieve solutions to complicated public affairs matters.
Starting his career with Sunoco in 2004, he has been with the company for over a decade in various positions in the fields of community relations, communications, media relations, philanthropy, recruiting, labor relations, human resources and government affairs. His responsibilities now include public affairs, government relations, external communications, and media relations.
Prior to Sunoco, Joe worked as a district representative for a US Congressman in Pennsylvania. He led outreach engagement with constituents and spoke on behalf of the congressman at public events.
Joe earned a Masters Degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, a BA in English from Columbia University in New York City, a Master of Government Administration certificate from Fels Institute of Government and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
Joe resides in Aston, Penn. with his wife and children.

BIO: Scott Fisher is an International Sales / Technical Advisor for Barbco, Inc. Scott has spent 34 years in the Trenchless Industry. He started his career in welding and learned all aspects of Auger Boring and HDD equipment fabricating. Currently, he provides new machine commissioning and technical consulting services.
Scott has worked on jobs spanning 42 states, as well as Canada, Mexico and 28 other countries. Over the past 3 years Scott, along with Barbco, has donated his time to be an instructor for Louisiana Tech Auger Boring School at the Bert Facility (Barbera Educational Research Training Center).
Scott is an active member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and the National Utility Contractor Association of Ohio (NUCA).

Prior to joining Mitsubishi Power Americas, Mr. Alonso served as Region Vice President, Southeast Region for Siemens Power Systems Sales, where he was responsible for account management and product sales including generation equipment and service (fossil, nuclear, and renewable), transmission and distribution, and energy storage solutions for utility, IPP, and EPC customers across a 9 state region. Other key positions Mr. Alonso held while at Siemens include Sales
Manager, Service Marketing Integration Manager, and New Unit Marketing Engineer. Mr. Alonso is well versed in electric utility industry trends and has a proven track record in leveraging a portfolio of products to meet customer demands and resolve challenges.
Mr. Alonso holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Florida. He and his wife live in Peachtree City, Georgia with their two sons and daughter.
EMMA CURTIS

Emma Curtis is a Pittsburgh-based Community and Project Outreach Specialist at Williams, covering assets and communities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland. Emma has been with Williams for one year and has spent much of the last year learning to navigate community outreach in the midst of a pandemic.
Prior to joining Williams’ Government Affairs and Outreach team, Emma spent time with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) as a public affairs consultant where she used her expertise to identify and analyze social media influencers to generate comprehensive reports that helped oil and gas sector clients define proactive measures to mitigate business and reputational risks.
Emma graduated from Penn State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism. She wrote and produced stories for AccuWeather and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review prior to shifting industries.
Emma is a native of York, Pennsylvania in south central Pennsylvania and currently resides in Cranberry Township, north of Pittsburgh.
