This full-day event will bring together AI researchers, tech entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders to discuss the latest advancements and applications of artificial intelligence. With a focus on transforming businesses and driving economic growth in Canton and the Akron-Canton region, the Canton AI Tech Innovation Summit will showcase how AI can be harnessed to boost productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness across industries.

"As AI continues its rapid development, we want to help position Canton and Stark County at the forefront of leveraging these emerging technologies," said Jeff Dafler, President & CEO at the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. "We’re delighted to partner with Malone University to connect our business community with leading minds in AI research and innovation.”

The Canton AI Tech Innovation Summit will feature a keynote address from Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, who will share his vision for how AI can spur economic opportunity both locally and statewide.

“It’s great to see leaders in the Canton region bring together various education and business partners to discuss the potential impact of AI on our state,” said Lt. Governor Husted. “We don’t want our communities and the people that live in them to fall behind in an AI-infused economy, and to make sure that doesn’t happen, we need to prepare people and the educational and business infrastructure to compete and win.”

Other prominent speakers include AI pioneers who will provide insights on machine learning, robotics, and other technologies that are changing the technological landscape. The event will also include panel discussions and tech talks of the latest AI applications and solutions for business, healthcare, manufacturing, education, ministry, and more.
