If you haven't heard of scitrain or Chad Luxenburg, you have no idea what you're missing! From local companies like AultCare to multinational companies like Scotts Miracle-Gro to global giants like Roche Pharmaceuticals, the scitrain team has lead staff consulting, assessment and training for thousands of employees.

scitrain's story begins when The Beatles dissolved in the 90's and Chad and Joe met to begin a business game, which would later become an assessment and development company. The rest is international history.

We're partial to scitrain for two reasons: 1) they, like us, spell their name in all lowercase letters and that's just creative and edgy; 2) and they allow their employees to work in "scitown" that they built, quite literally.

As part of the afternoon, you will get to hear from Chad on his path to scitrain and Canton. In addition, you will get to see the one-of-a-kind scitown that all associates had a hand in building. Whether it's a log cabin, French bistro or rock studio, each corner of scitown is unique to their team.
