Join us for the ystark! CEO Meet & Eat on October 6 to connect with Anne Richards, President and CEO of Goodwill Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio.

Anne Richards was named President and CEO of Goodwill of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio in June of 2017. She leads one of the largest non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio, which is comprised of 22 stores and mission programs that served more than 10,000 people in 2020. In this role, Anne creates and guides the strategic direction and mission for the $40M agency which currently employs more than 700 individuals in 10 counties throughout Ohio and West Virginia. In addition, she is the Chair of the GII Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee and the Chair of the Ohio Association of Goodwills.

Before joining Goodwill in 2012, Anne held several Human Resources leadership roles for the Timken Company, a $5B Fortune 500 global industrial leader, including guiding and supporting domestic and international initiatives.

Anne has served on numerous community boards of directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland, Leadership Stark County and Cleveland Civic Leadership. In addition, she is a founding member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Private Boards Association.

During the CEO Meet & Eat, Anne will discuss ethical leadership and how it’s driven her relationships, personal actions, and career.
