Why are you interested in Stark County’s Young Professionals initiative?	Stark is my home. I work hard to make sure I can help my fellow peers succeed and to find their own path way in life.
What would you share to encourage other people to join?	Not everyone is looking for an opportunity so for the ones who are, don't be afraid to go after it.
Did you grow up in Stark? If so, where? If not, where did you move from and why?	Yes. Canton has always been my home.
Why do you stay in Stark County, from both a personal and professional point of view?	Both me and my fiancé family is from Stark Co, plus she wants to work for Akron Children's Hospital which isn't far and I work for the Greater Stark County Urban League.
What do you like MOST about Stark County?	Being close to family and friends, its nice being able to commute within less than 20 mins to get to places as well.
What would you change about Stark County if you could?	I would tear down and rebuild all old abandon buildings through the inner city of Canton and work on the beatification side. With bringing more entertainment to Stark. I would put a community swimming pool and a brand new skating rink in Canton.
What do you see as valuable opportunities for YPs in Stark County when it comes to career opportunities, cultural access, leadership or community involvement opportunities?	Be involved and always stay networking.
What would attract more YPs to Stark County?	More opportunities with higher wages.
What do you do in the evenings or on the weekends for fun in Stark County or NE Ohio?	Play sports, going skating, tubing on the river, shopping, sometimes attend HOF events. Sluggers and putters.
Could you see yourself spending your lifetime in Stark County and if not, what would cause you to leave?	No, I could see myself leaving and possibly returning later in life, but for me I love the warm weather and being close to the beach. I like being in areas where there is plenty of opportunities.
