It is very important to retain and attract talent to Stark County in order to improve our businesses and the community.

What would you share to encourage other people to join?

The Stark County’s Young Professionals initiative is not only a way to help the local community but also a way to improve your career by networking with other successful individuals.

Did you grow up in Stark? If so, where? If not, where did you move from and why?

Yes, Jackson Township (2nd - 8th grade) and Louisville (High School)

Why do you stay in Stark County, from both a personal and professional point of view?

Family, Friends, Network, and High School Football

What do you like MOST about Stark County?

The various school systems across Stark County.

What would you change about Stark County if you could?

We just need to keep our recent momentum when it pertains to developing businesses and experiences to retain and attract talent.

What do you see as valuable opportunities for YPs in Stark County when it comes to career opportunities, cultural access, leadership or community involvement opportunities?

Hall of Fame week and the future Hall of Village - Great opportunities to volunteer and potential career opportunities

Experience-driven attractions - Hall of Fame Village

What do you do in the evenings or on the weekends for fun in Stark County or NE Ohio?

Visit local restaurants/bars/breweries/wineries and/or watch high school/youth football

Yes - Career (I currently develop relationships in locations outside of Ohio)
